What is a dipliner?

There is no difference between the application of dipliner and eyeliner.The point to be considered when applying dipliner is the shape of the eye. Depending on the shape of the eye, eyeliner is combined from the fountains of the eyes to the outside of the eye in one go or by drawing lines in parts. 
If the eyes are almond-shaped, a small tail is made upwards on the outside of the eye. If your eyes are open, you can start from the inner part of the eye springs, if the eyes are close to each other, this view can be balanced by starting from a farther distance.
